Fair Aesthetics & Wellness was founded by Samantha Fairchild, MPAS, PA-C, with a vision of providing personalized aesthetic and wellness care in an elevated, welcoming setting. Proudly located in her hometown of Cornwall, NY, Samantha is proud to serve the community she has always called home. As a board-certified Physician Assistant with over two years of clinical experience and advanced training in aesthetic medicine, Samantha is dedicated to helping patients achieve natural, confidence-boosting results through safe, evidence-based treatments. Her philosophy is simple: enhance your natural beauty—not change it. Every treatment is thoughtfully tailored to each patient’s unique goals, with a focus on education, honesty, and achieving refreshed, natural-looking results. CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and no-show appointments may be subject to a fee of 20% of the scheduled service. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule.
